Lesson Goals:  The goal of this unit on fractions is for the students to understand fractions.  The technology being used in this unit will help to enhance, engaged, and enrich the material being presented.  The media will help to make this unit on fractions relevant for the students as they go forward in learning all about fractions.  The material being presented will be focused on fractions, but will connect to several different aspects of fractions which in hope will enhance understanding.
